Hotel Kaiser in Tirol

Kaiser hotel is a total disappointment and had ruined our vacation! Really, €400 per night? Are you kidding me? The hotel is old, the rooms are small and simple, no mini bar, they don't even bother to supply hair conditioner/body cream/cotton pads in the shower. Bed linen is old and in pills. There is actually no SPA, the pool is tiny, overcrowded, cramped and stuffy. The food is weak, few vegetables, everything is oversalted. The staff is unfriendly and careless. I was charged €15 for room service! I asked to bring a cup of soup to the room for a sick child (the soup itself costs €7), and this despite the fact that we paid for "all inclusive". But the coolest thing is management zero reaction to the following incident — I went to the spa and severely cut my leg with a piece of glass that got into my slipper. What on earth did the broken glass do on the spa floor? When I came bleeding to the reception they just gave me an alcohol wipe (there is no doctor in the hotel) and said that they were very sorry and it was a bad luck. The manager didn't contacted me, despite me asking several times. Overall, it is a terrible hotel for crazy money, I have never experienced anything like this anywhere in the world.

We've been to quite a few hotels in 20+ countries, and this has definitely been one of the top accommodations we've ever been too. The staff was very helpful, the rooms outstanding, and the all inclusive buffet definitely one of the best. Thank you!!!! for making our stay so wonderful! The location of the hotel is excellent.. You can reach 3 gondola within 15 mins, which will bring you to a number hiking routes in the Alps for all ages and experiences. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Hotel Top 10*, Cocktail from Jan was great. Waiter Martin was very attentive, kind and recommended us great food and wine. We were surprised how the very young waiter can impress the guest, recommend food and fulfill our wishes. We travel around the world, we visit hotels, but a ton of people can satisfy the quality and service at the TOP level. We thank Martin for the great service and promise that we will definitely return to KaiserLodge. Dado and Lenka 😉

Beautiful building and comfortable rooms. Very strict rules and the food was very good but for such a large establishment I thought that there would be more choice. Vegetarian food was almost non-existent , however the chef was happy to make vegetarian dishes upon request. Don't consider being either early or late as the timings are adhered to VERY strictly!
